Metal body Z-shaped locker

1. Construction

The locker body is manufactured from sheet steel with a powder-coated surface finish. The metal structure is designed as a stable and practical base for different locker configurations, including ML1, ML2, MLS1, MLS2, and MLZ models. The body can be supplied with different internal arrangements, such as shelves, hanging areas, and dividing panels, depending on the selected locker type and project requirements.

• Standard height: 1900 mm.
• Standard depth: 500 mm.
• Available widths for ML1, ML2, MLS1, and MLS2: 300 / 350 / 400 mm.
• Available widths for MLZ locker: 400 / 450 mm.
• Steel thickness: 0.8–1.25 mm, depending on the structural component.
• Shelf load capacity: approximately 25–30 kg per shelf.
• Standard metal color: RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey. Other RAL colors are available on request.
• Door material: 12 mm Fundermax Compact HPL.

3. Metal body properties

• The metal body is manufactured from sheet steel and finished with a durable powder-coated surface.
• The powder-coated finish provides a clean and uniform surface and supports protection against corrosion and moisture.
• The metal surface is treated with a protective substance to improve resistance to moisture and corrosion.
• Internal fittings can include shelves, hooks, hanging areas, and dividing panels according to the selected locker configuration.

• Density according to DIN 52350/ISO 1183: ≥ 1350 kg/m3.
• Abrasion resistance according to EN 438-2:2016, clause 10: ≥150.
• Resistance to the impact of a falling ball according to EN438-2:2016, clause 21 : 8 mm.
• Scratch resistance according to EN 438-2:2016, clause 25: Grade ≥ 3; scratch hardness ≥ 3N.
• Bending strength according to EN ISO 178: ≥ 80 MPa.
• E-modulus according to EN ISO 178: ≥ 9000 MPa.
• Crack resistance according to EN 438-2:2016 clause 24 ≥4.
• Maximum expansion according to EN 438-2, clause 17: 0.3% longitudinally, 0.6% transversely.
• Resistance to boiling water according to EN 438-2, clause 12: 2.0%.
• Flammability: Euroclass D-s2,d0.
• Fire resistance: NPD.
