The challenge of the project was to give meaning to the beginning of the Paplaujos Street axis of the new Markučiai quarter. The building must be in harmony with both the Paplaujos St. 3 complex, which was already built at that time, and with the old buildings in the panoramas of the Old Town.

Bright, orange Fundermax panels allowed to divide the facade, emphasizing the “bitten” planes and harmonizing the building with the Paplaujos St. 3 building complex. The play of dark brown clinker bricks and Fundermax panels helped to express the architectural idea.
