The challenge of this project was to give a practical meaning to a new district of Markučiai by creating a beginning axis of Paplauja street. This building must combine with already built complex in Paplauja g. 3 and panoramic buildings in the old town close the other ancient buildings.

Bright, orange “Fundermax” panels gave an opportunity to split the facade by emphasizing “bitten“ surfaces and to combine the building with complex of buildings in Paplauja g. 3. Playful combination of bricks of dark brown clinker and “Fundermax” panels helped to express architectural idea.
