The challenge of the project was to fit such a building into the plot and present a standard shopping center with the specified parameters (length, width, height) to the public – the clients. The architects sought individuality, they wanted to look at the building for such a purpose from a different angle. The architectural exterior solutions were helped by the fact that when using the “Fundermax” facade panel, it easily integrates into other structures, allows for easy modeling of shapes and protrusions, thus giving the facades uniqueness in the designed environment.

Projekto iššūkis buvo tokio pastato įtalpinimas sklype ir standartinio prekybos centro su užduotais parametrais (ilgis, plotis, aukštis) pateikimas visuomenei – klientams.
