The challenge of this project was to accommodate a building of such form and shopping mall onto a land plot with specific parameters (length, height, width) and to present them for public community.

The architects were reaching out for individuality and wished to project the building of such us from a different perspective.

Architectural exterior solutions were solved in contribution with the fact that using “Fundermax” façade panel, it easily integrates with other constructions and gives an opportunity to model forms and elevations in a simple manner and in this manner gives uniqueness for facades in the projected environment.
